Booking and Payment

How can I book?

You can book quickly and easily online at www.millestelle.de. You are also welcome to contact us by telephone.

When do I need a credit card?

You will need a credit card for every online booking. This will be deposited as security until arrival. Payment will be done upon arrival.

Are there any other payment options?

In addition to paying on site, you also have the option of paying your invoice:

in advance by bank transfer, online with PayPal, or by credit card payment directly on our homepage. Payment by companies is also possible after consultation.

When do I pay?

When checking in. During our reception hours you have the option to pay in cash or by Debit- and Credit card. At our self-check-in terminal only card payments are accepted.

Is the credit card automatically charged when booking online?

No, the credit card will be checked and serves as a guarantee for your booking. The overnight stay is then paid for upon arrival at the check-in.

Which credit cards can I pay with?

We accept: American Express, Visa, Master Card, JCB and Diner’s Club and Debit-Card.

How many rooms can I book online at once?

You can book up to 6 rooms at once online on our homepage. If the number of rooms is higher, contact us by e-mail.

Rates and prices

Do the prices vary?

Our prices start at 59.00 Euro and end at 240.00 Euro. During events, prices may increase by another 10.00 to 30.00 Euro

How much does a crib cost?

A crib costs 10.00 Euro per night. Please note that the number of cribs is limited.

Are toddlers free of charge?

There is no charge for the overnight stay of a child who can still sleep in the parents' bed (up to max. 6 years).

What is the cancellation deadline?

With a flexible booking, you can cancel free of charge up to two days before arrival.

If you cancel late, you will be charged 100% of the stay when booking via our website.

How do I book an extra bed? And what does it cost?

When booking online, you can also select an extra bed. Please tell us by phone or email that you need an extra bed. The extra bed costs 25.00 Euro per night. Availability is limited.

Where are the best accommodation rates?

You can get the cheapest prices via our homepage. We guarantee you that. We therefore recommend that you always book directly via our website or by telephone.

Check in & Check out

What are the reception opening hours?

Monday to Saturday, the reception is open from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The reception is not open on Sundays, so check-in takes place at the self-check-in terminal. Our terminal is available from 12:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m. and ensures convenient, quick and easy check-in.

How does the self-check-in terminal work?

For those who have never checked in at a check-in terminal... don’t worry. The device explains to you step by step what to do. All you need to use it is a debit or a credit card that we accept and your last name.

At what time can I check in on the day of arrival?

At your arrival day you can check in from 3 p.m.

Check-Out time:

Check out takes place until 11am.

Equipment & Service

What are the amenities in the rooms?

Our rooms are equipped with: Hairdryer, TV, Shower/toilet, toiletries, Wi-Fi and some rooms come with a little balcony.

Is there an elevator?

Yes, you can reach all of our floors by elevator from the reception.

Is there breakfast?

Our hotel does not offer breakfast. Several bakeries and breakfast cafés are just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

Is there parking?

We do not have any parking spaces ourselves, but there are a several parking garages in the area (paid).
There are also public parking spaces with parking permits visitor passes (for a fee).

Luggage room
If your arrival is before 12:00 p.m., or your room is not ready yet, you can ring the door bell from 9:00 a.m. and leave your luggage safely in our luggage room. You will receive the key from our housekeeping staff. You can also use the luggage room if you would like to spend time in Heidelberg without luggage after checking out on the day of departure.

Early Check-In.

Outside of the reception opening hours, our user-friendly check-in terminal is available to you from 12:00 pm to 06:00 am. You only need your last name and, if you haven't already paid in advance, a debit or credit card for this purpose.

Check-in-Terminal

Our reception is personally staffed for you from Monday to Saturday, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. On Sundays, the reception is closed. You can conveniently check in at our terminal starting from 3:00 pm. All you need is your last name and a debit or credit card. Cash payment is not possible at the terminal. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discovery, Diners Club, Maestro.

We speak: German, English, French, Polish, Arabic, and Dutch.
